1. Headaches and Backaches – Tylenol or Extra Strength Tylenol
2. Colds and Allergies – Actifed, Sudafed, Chlortrimetron, Claritin, Zyrtec, Zyrtec D or Benadryl
3. Cough – Robitussin DM
4. Diarrhea – Kaopectate or Imodium
5. Heartburn – Maalox, Mylanta, Tums, Pepcid or Zantac

6. Constipation – Metamucil, Colace, Fibercon or Milk of Magnesia
7. Hemorrhoids – Preparation H, Tucks, Nupercainal or Anusol
8. Nausea – Emetrol or Ginger Ale
9. Insomnia – Benadryl or Tylenol PM
10. Yeast Infection – after 12 weeks, Gyne-Lotrimin or Mycelex 7, Monistat 7.
We recommend half the applicator, half the way inserted into the vagina.
Anything before 12 weeks, needs to be checked with Dr. Purdy or his nurses.
